  • Orders must be paid in full at the checkout. We only accepted U.S. verified Credit Cards and PayPal.

  • All orders are processed and shipped out within 24-48 hours via UPS, USPS or FEDEX. You will receive an email update with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

  • Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update.

  • Standard shipping typically takes between 5-7 business days, for destinations within the United States. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Additionally, there will be delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date.

  • Transit time varies based on the destination and will take up to two weeks for arrival.

  • USPS Express Mail Transit Time - approximately 3-5 business days (order processing and custom clearance times not included).

  • USPS Priority Mail Transit Time - approximately 6-10 business days (order processing and custom clearance times not included).

  • You have 4 hours of the same day to cancel your order after your purchase and we will refund the full amount you paid. If you try to cancel your order after you received a Shipping Confirmation email, we will not be able to issue a refund as the item has already been packaged and shipped out to you.

  • We have a 30 days return & exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • For exchanges, return your order once accepted return request and place new order.

  • To be eligible for a return & exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
