You can set up a return for most new and unused products within 30 days of its delivery. For more details, please review our Standard Return Policy. A restocking fee will be applied 20% of total amount of purchase.

You have 4 hours of the same day to cancel your order after your purchase and we will refund the full amount you paid. If you try to cancel your order after you received a Shipping Confirmation email, we will not be able to issue a refund as the item has already been packaged and shipped out to you.

Most orders ship within 24 to 48 hours. UPS, USPS, or FedEx. You get a tracking email after shipment. Tracking updates can take up to 48 hours. U.S. delivery usually takes 5 to 7 business days. High order volume or holidays can add a short delay.
