A complete drop-in Non-Tilting Barrel system that integrates the inner barrel, outer barrel, and internal barrel components into a single matched assembly for VFC-manufactured Gen5 Airsoft GBB pistols.
Unlike a conventional NTB™ outer barrel upgrade, the GSI NTB™ One-Piece Barrel System is supplied as a complete assembly.
Simply remove the original barrel assembly and replace it with the GSI One-Piece Barrel System as a complete unit.

ONE-PIECE INTEGRATED BARREL SYSTEM
The GSI NTB™ One-Piece Barrel System takes the original Non-Tilting Barrel concept one step further.
The inner barrel, outer barrel, and internal barrel components are integrated into a complete matched assembly, eliminating the need to transfer or separately install the original inner barrel components.
This creates a simple 1:1 replacement system designed around stable and repeatable barrel positioning.

Installation is straightforward:

No separate inner barrel installation or barrel assembly setup is required.

Conventional Airsoft GBB barrel systems use multiple separate components that must fit and align with one another.
The GSI One-Piece design integrates the barrel system into a matched assembly, reducing separate interfaces that can contribute to unwanted movement or variation.
Combined with the GSI NTB™ Non-Tilting design, the system is designed to provide stable and repeatable barrel positioning from shot to shot.
WHY NON-TILTING?
A conventional GBB pistol requires clearance around the barrel assembly to allow the outer barrel to tilt during cycling.
Depending on the design and manufacturing tolerances, this clearance can allow movement not only vertically, but also laterally.
The GSI NTB™ system eliminates the need for the outer barrel to tilt during slide cycling, creating a more stable barrel platform.

With the conventional GSI NTB™, the inner barrel is installed and supported inside the Non-Tilting Outer Barrel.

TWO MUZZLE CONFIGURATIONS
The GSI NTB™ One-Piece Barrel System is available in two different muzzle configurations:
IT – INNER THREAD
The IT version maintains the original-style barrel length and features an 11mm CCW internal thread at the muzzle.
For users who want to mount compatible 14mm CCW Airsoft muzzle accessories, the separately available GSI 11mm-to-14mm CCW Conversion Adapter can be installed.
OT – OUTER THREAD
The OT version extends the barrel beyond the original-style barrel length and features an integrated 14mm CCW external thread.
This allows compatible 14mm CCW Airsoft suppressors, tracer units, and other muzzle accessories to be mounted directly without a separate thread adapter.
TWO BARREL LENGTHS
The One-Piece Barrel System is available in two barrel lengths to match compatible VFC Gen5 configurations:
